From Adrienne's Heart:
"I have struggled in the area of health and wellness my entire life. I have battled to lose and maintain a healthy weight and negative body image. I've wrestled with depression and overwhelm and have often times given into unhealthy cycles of stress and emotional eating, instead of prayer.

Now, as a wife and mother, I understand the importance of embracing my identity in Christ and the positive self-image and healthy daily habits that come along with that! I have to make a daily choice to cast my cares on Jesus so that my children will learn to do the same. I want to empower them to be strong, confident and healthy through Jesus-- something I never fully embraced until adulthood.

Serving others as a Christian wellness educator and faith-based fitness instructor is a gift that keeps on giving. Being able to use my knowledge, skills and experience to build up (edify) the Kingdom of God, and help families, like yours, cultivate life-giving habits for generations to come is my great honor. This is what I have been called to do!"
